Honest answers
Do I have to pay during the trial?
The 14-day trial is on Starter only — no card needed. Pro and Enterprise are provisioned directly after the demo call, and we have a billing conversation before any charge starts. Cancel anytime.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
You'll see a friendly upgrade prompt when you try to add a resource beyond your limit (e.g. a 6th truck on Starter). Existing data stays intact — you just can't add more until you upgrade or remove resources. No hidden overage charges.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle. Annual plans can switch to monthly at renewal.
What about data residency?
Canadian-hosted infrastructure. All customer data stays in Canada. PIPEDA-aware design throughout. Enterprise customers can sign DPAs with specific residency clauses.
Why is QuickBooks Enterprise-only?
QuickBooks Online sync is an Enterprise feature because per-tenant OAuth and sync monitoring require operational focus we prioritise there. Starter and Pro get one-click invoice PDF generation and email delivery — which covers most accounting workflows. Pro also includes driver pay accessorials: detention, layover, and stop pay rolled directly into gross pay.
Is the driver app on iOS?
Android first, because that's what most Canadian fleet drivers actually use. iOS is on the roadmap.
Can we migrate from another TMS?
We work with you on data migration from your existing TMS. Contact us with your current system and data format and we'll put together a migration plan.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). Enterprise customers can pay by ACH/wire with NET-30 terms.
